We usually ship using either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Orders typically leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.
WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING VERY HIGH DEMAND SO YOUR ORDER MIGHT TAKE 5 DAYS TO BE DISPATCHED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
Transit Time
You will receive a tracking notice by email when your order ships. Typical delivery times are as follows:
USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 2-7 days
Europe: 2-10 days
Rest of the world: Up to 20 days
For orders that only include Airlighter Fuel, the transit time is not guaranteed and can take 2-10 days to arrive and sometimes even a little longer. It is typically shipped USPS Priority Mail to ensure that it is transported in trucks only and not airplanes. Fuel can only be shipped within the USA.
RETURN POLICY
Holiday Season Returns
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned up to January 31st.
Standard Returns (orders placed between Jan 1 and Oct 31)
Orders can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days of your date of purchase. You will be refunded for the full cost of the product.
